  • CANCELATION

    Please read the cancellation policy for the booking platform you used.

    If you booked by phone

    •  We charge the full amount.

    •  We charge a pre-authorized $250 CAD security deposit which is held on 1 day(s) before arrival and voided on 1 day(s) after departure.

    100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 day(s) before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 7 day(s) before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.

    All reservations are subject to our standard cancellation policy. To ensure fairness and compliance with British Columbia’s Frustrated Contract Act, refunds for wildfire-related cancellations will only be issued under the following legal conditions:

    • Active Evacuation Order: An official government evacuation order is in effect for our specific location.

    • Highway Closures: All primary highway access routes to our location are officially closed by authorities (e.g., DriveBC), making it physically impossible for you to arrive.

    Smoke & Air Quality: We do not offer refunds for smoke, poor air quality, or proximity to fires if we are open and the roads are clear.

  • PET

    $25 per night/pet for claimed pets ($100 max per stay)

    Unauthorized Pets: Sneaking in a pet will result in an immediate $250 penalty fee + $25 per night/pet fee - Automatic charge will be placed

    A pre-authorized $250 CAD pet security deposit which is held on 1 day(s) before arrival and voided on 1 day(s) after departure.

    Pet Rules

    o   No pets on beds/furniture.

    o   Place dog sheets (we provide) on sofa in case sneaky sofa sleepers.

    o   Use designated pet towels we provide.

    o   Do not leave unattended which also includes leaving your pet crated. We provide pet sitting $50 per day (8hrs) & $25 for half day (4hrs).

    o   Pick up poop.

    o   Keep pet on leash at all times.

    o   Max of 2 domestic pets of any size or breed per cabin. An additional charge of $50 per pet/night for any pets exceeding the limit.

  • CABIN GUEST AGREEMENT

    1. Damages & Deposits

    • Security Deposit: A $250 damage deposit is required at booking. This will be refunded within 1 days of checkout, provided no damage has occurred.

    • Full Liability: Guests are responsible for the actual cost of any damages, breakages, or missing items. If the cost of repair exceeds the $250 deposit, the guest agrees to pay the remaining balance immediately.

    2. Pet Policy

    • Unauthorized Pets: Sneaking in a pet will result in an immediate $250 penalty fee + $25 per night/pet fee.

    • Pet Etiquette: Pets must stay off the furniture and beds. Any excessive hair or "paw prints" on linens will result in a $75 professional cleaning fee.

    3. Occupancy & Smoking

    • Stay Within Limits: Each cabin has a strict occupancy limit. We may allow an additional guest(s) with prior approval for a fee of $100. Exceeding this limit without prior approval will result in a $250 penalty fee and potential eviction without a refund.

    • Fresh Air Only: Our cabins are 100% smoke and vape free. Smoking inside will result in a $250 deep-cleaning fee.

    4. Cancellations

    • Cancellations are subject to a $50 fee to cover administration and processing costs.

    Example: Airbnb/Vrbo/Booking.com/Lodgify. Quiet Hours: Usually 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM to keep the "nature" vibe peaceful.

    5. Fire Safety: Guests must check the current BC Fire Ban Status for our region before lighting a fire. Fires must be fully extinguished before bed.

    6. Checkout Instructions: Please make sure dishes are washed and all trash it placed into your cabins garbage (In the washroom or under the sink).

  • LOST & FOUND

    The Final Call for left behind items

    Items are held for 14 days. Unclaimed items are donated to our local thrift store.

    Reporting: If you believe you have left behind an item please contact us. We will attempt to contact you but this may not happen due to workload.

    Food & Perishables: For health and safety reasons, all food items and perishables are disposed daily.

    Return Shipping: If we locate your item and you would like it returned, the owner is responsible for the shipping costs & fees.
